DUNGANSKI GARLIC BULBS

Our Gold medal award winning Dunganski garlic is a great all round garlic in the kitchen. Dunganski has a sweet rich garlic flavour and is suitable for sauteing, roasting or using raw.

Dunganski is a late season garlic that does extremely well in our sub alpine environment. Dunganski is a strong bolting hardneck variety belonging to the Standard Purple stripe group.

Dunganski has a good long storage life of around 7-9 months if stored in a cool dry position out of direct sunlight.
