Garlic Scape Relish

A new product for Snug Farm made from our garlic scapes. Garlic scapes are the stalk that grows from the garlic bulb and later produces little bulbils.
Scapes have a garlic flavour that is more grassy rather than hot like a bulb.
We love our Garlic Scape Relish with burgers or sausages, and it also goes well on a cheese plate, or in an egg or potato salad.
